Food is one of the fundamental ingredients of life and digital technology is redefining our practices and understanding of food. However, outside the traditional food-related practices, what affect food and technology have on each other is largely unanswered. My research specifically looks at creative new ways of utilizing food to enrich our interactions with technology.
Dr. Rohit Ashok Khot is the Deputy Director of the Exertion Games Lab; and VC Postdoctoral Fellow in the School of Media and Comm. at RMIT University, Australia.
