Ann Reardon is a food scientist and celebrity chef whose unique, wildly-creative desserts, cakes and chocolates have attracted 3.2 million subscribers and half-a-billion views on YouTube. Recently voted the world's best online chef in the US Taste Awards, Ann's amazing culinary creations have appeared on hundreds of websites, TV shows, newspapers and every social media platform. She graduated with a science degree and post-graduate in dietetics, working as a community dietician before starting the HowToCookThat YouTube channel in 2011. Since then she has released a best-selling young adult novel 'The Deep Enders' with her husband, a merchandise line and a 'Surprise Cakes' app - using 3D augmented reality to animate birthday cakes - which has been the top selling food and drink app in 25 countries.
